Esteemed olive oil palates have spoken in New York and Tokyo at two of the world’s most prestigious olive oil competitions – and – drum roll – ALTO Olives has been applauded and awarded with a clutch of medals.
At 2018 Olive Japan ALTO Lemon Oil won GOLD, while ALTO Robust and ALTO Mandarin collected SILVER medals.
At the 2018 New York International Olive Oil Competition it was ALTO Robust that starred in its class, scoring SILVER status.
‘These international accolades are a great way of benchmarking our oils against the world’s best,’ remarked ALTO proprietor, Robert Armstrong. ‘The quality of Australian extra virgin oils is now widely acknowledged, and we continue to strive to produce exceptional quality products.’
