Naturally fermented using kiln-dried sea salt and filtered rainwater and finished with ALTO Agridulce Chardonnay Vinegar, the ALTO Bush Herb selection features medium-sized thin-skinned olives distinguished by a nutty, savoury citrus character complemented by the addition of selected native Australian herbs.
Perfect to nibble or to add to slowly braised lamb or chicken tagine.
