Naturally fermented using kiln-dried sea salt and filtered rainwater and finished with ALTO Agridulce Chardonnay Vinegar, the ALTO Chilli selection features medium-sized thin-skinned olives distinguished by savoury pungency and dash of heat.

Add pep to Italian-inspired favourites – chicken Cacciatore and penne Arrabiata – or just nibble with a cold beer.
