Dual Championships At Melbourne Fine Food Awards

The 2015 Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards delivered ALTO Olives the best ever results in an Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition.

Two Champion Trophies were awarded to ALTO VividusChampion Single Estate Grown Oil and to ALTO ProChampion Commercial Oil, the latter a tailored food service blend.

The gratifying results tallied two Championships, two Gold Medals and six Silver Medals. The latter were shared by ALTO Robust, ALTO Delicate and both citrus infused products – ALTO Lemon and ALTO Mandarin.

‘Virtually every oil in the ALTO portfolio scored a high medal underpinning the message that ALTO extra virgin oils are consistently blended to the very highest quality.

‘We are delighted with these new season oils from the exceptional 2015 harvest,’ says proprietor Robert Armstrong.

At the 2015 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show ALTO Mandarin won a Gold Medal, while six Silver Medals were shared between different EVOO Classes and Table Olive classes. Both ALTO Ligurian and ALTO Kalamata scored Silver.
