The inaugural international EVOOWR Ranking has been developed to rate the performance of extra virgin olive oil producers. It aggregates awards – championships and medals – awarded to EVOO olives entered into the world’s major olive oil competitions. Think New York, Japan, Italy and of course the Australian Olive Awards, among others.
ALTO Olives first-time tally is particularly pleasing. ALTO Olives is rated the third best performing producer in the Australian zone. More particularly ALTO Vividus is the second highest ranking Australian olive oil. Made from 100% Hardy’s Mammoth it runs a close second to a Coratina from Cape Schanck. ALTO Robust, ALTO Delicate and ALTO Mandarin are all listed in the global tally sheets.
